FreemakeAC.exe is usually located in the 'C:Program Files (x86)FreemakeFreemake Audio Converter' folder. None of the anti-virus scanners at VirusTotal reports anything malicious about FreemakeAC.exe. A service forcefully installed by Freemake products to check for updates. There is no apparent way to deactivate it via the application, and if you just disable it via MSConfig, the Freemake client that installed it will forcefully re-enable it when next run.
